The client occupied old-fashioned premises that were far larger than necessary on a business park outside Sheffield city centre with poor public transport connections. SW were instructed to review CPFT property occupation and advise on the acquisition of new, modern and efficient premises in the city centre. By working with Building Consultancy, a detailed brief/space requirement was determined and an office search undertaken to identify those premises which best met the clients brief. After identifying a short-list of suitable properties, the last remaining suite in Ventana House was acquired for CPRT’s relocation.
