The landlord had notified Pinsent Mason that he was seeking a revised rent. As a result of Sanderson Weatherall expertise and market knowledge the rent was finally Awarded at £1,645,000 pa following negotiations and an Arbitration process, with all Pinsent Masons costs been met by the landlord as well.
